All content, software, and technology forming part of OptimiSEO - including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code - is owned by or licensed to Inkberry Creative Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to OptimiSEO. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee that OptimiSEO will be available at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkberry Creative Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, OptimiSEO. Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of OptimiSEO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the platform. Your continued use of OptimiSEO after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
